Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the organisation's compliance programme.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and healthcare legislation.
- Conduct internal investigations and compliance reviews.
- Develop policies, procedures and compliance training.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to mitigate regulatory risk.
Requirements
- Significant compliance experience within a regulated industry.
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant legal or compliance qualifications desirable.
