Construction/Energy Senior Associate
Overview
We’re currently working with a leading international law firm seeking a Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) to join its highly regarded Construction & Energy team in Riyadh.
The team advises on major energy and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, representing developers, sponsors, contractors and government entities on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience advising on construction and energy projects, gained at a leading international law firm
- Experience advising on power and/or utilities projects, with a strong understanding of EPC contracts
- Confidence leading client negotiations and acting as a trusted adviser on complex matters
Requirements
- 5–7 years' post-qualification experience
- Saudi national, admitted to practise in Saudi Arabia (dual qualification in the UK or US will be viewed favourably)
- Excellent drafting skills in both English and Arabic
- An LLM from a UK or US university would be advantageous
