Corporate M&A / Private Equity Lawyer
Overview
An elite global law firm is looking to hire three Corporate M&A and Private Equity Lawyers to join its team in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
The opportunity will involve working on high-profile M&A and private equity transactions for some of the largest public and private sector companies and sovereign wealth funds.
The firm is looking for lawyers with broad transactional experience, with exposure to deals within the healthcare and technology sectors considered beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on high-profile M&A and private equity transactions.
- Work with major public and private sector companies and sovereign wealth funds.
- Work across a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Gain exposure to significant transactions across the UAE and wider practice.
Requirements
- 4–8 PQE.
- Common law qualified in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or US.
- Experience gained at a recognised US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm.
- Broad exposure to high-profile M&A and private equity transactions.
- Healthcare and technology sector deal experience is beneficial.
