Corporate Senior Associate
Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi-qualified corporate lawyer to take on a genuinely senior role, working closely with partners on complex domestic and cross-border transactions while also taking responsibility for key client relationships and the development of junior lawyers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong corporate and M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading international law firm
- Experience leading complex domestic and cross-border transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Confidence taking ownership of client relationships, leading negotiations and providing commercial, practical advice
- Strong drafting experience across transaction documents, including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, joint venture documentation and corporate advisory matters
- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
Requirements
- 5–7 years' post-qualification experience
- Saudi nationality and admission to practise in Saudi Arabia, with additional UK or US qualification viewed favourably
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Arabic
- An LLM from a UK or US university would be advantageous
