Corporate Senior Associate
Overview
We’re currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate for its Riyadh office.
The firm is seeking a high-calibre corporate lawyer with a strong transactional background and the ability to take a leading role on sophisticated corporate matters across the Kingdom and wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-border transactions and lead workstreams independently whilst supervising juniors
- Genuine experience leading deals, managing negotiation calls on key transaction documents and providing effective negotiation strategy advice to clients
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, client management and commercial advisory skills
Requirements
- 5+ PQE with strong M&A and corporate transactional experience
- Training and experience gained within a leading international corporate practice
- Regional experience is preferred but not essential; open to expat candidates (UK, Australia and the US) looking to relocate to Saudi Arabia
