Debt Finance Associate / Senior Associate
Overview
A top-tier international law firm is looking to expand its Debt Finance team in Riyadh, with opportunities available at both Associate and Senior Associate level.
The team advises on sophisticated regional and cross-border financing transactions, working with leading domestic and international financial institutions, lenders, investment funds, financial sponsors and corporate clients.
The search is deliberately broad, with the Partner open to considering lawyers at Associate level (NQ–3 PQE) and Senior Associate level (5–7 PQE).
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of regional and cross-border financing transactions.
- Work with domestic and international financial institutions, lenders, investment funds, financial sponsors and corporate clients.
- Gain exposure to financing matters including general lending, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, structured finance and Islamic finance.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
- Manage transactions as part of a fast-paced finance team.
Requirements
- NQ–3 PQE or 5–7 PQE
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong technical training gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
- Experience across a broad range of financing transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
- Excellent commercial judgement.
- Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a market-leading finance practice.
