Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate financing and lending transactions.
- Draft and negotiate finance documentation.
- Support treasury and strategic investment teams.
- Manage external legal advisers.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice across financing activities.
Requirements
- 6+ years' PQE.
- Strong banking and finance experience.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Experience gained at a leading international law firm or in-house team.
- Excellent commercial judgement.
