Financial Regulatory Associate
This is an opportunity for a lawyer looking to specialise in financial regulation, advising regional and international financial institutions and other regulated businesses on complex regulatory matters across Saudi Arabia.
The role will involve working with investment funds, asset managers, financial institutions and other regulated businesses across a range of licensing, regulatory compliance and regulated activities matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise regional and international financial institutions and other regulated businesses on Saudi financial regulatory matters.
- Support investment funds, asset managers and financial institutions.
- Advise on licensing, regulatory compliance and regulated activities.
- Work across complex financial regulatory matters within Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- 1–4 years' PQE.
- Saudi nationality.
- Admission to practise in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience advising financial institutions, investment managers, asset managers or other regulated businesses.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi financial regulatory framework.
- Experience advising on licensing, regulatory compliance and regulated activities.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
