Overview
An established oil & gas services company is looking to appoint a Head of Legal & Compliance to lead its legal function and provide strategic advice across its regional and international operations.
This is a broad leadership role offering exposure to commercial contracting, corporate governance, disputes and major engineering and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the legal department and legal strategy.
- Advise on commercial, engineering and procurement contracts.
- Support international projects and business expansion.
- Manage legal risk, disputes and governance.
- Oversee external legal advisers.
Requirements
- 10+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial and corporate legal background.
- Experience within the energy, engineering or industrial sectors preferred.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Excellent leadership and commercial skills.
