Overview
A newly created family office is seeking its first Head of Legal to establish and lead the legal function across the business.
Reporting directly to the founder, this role offers the opportunity to build a modern in-house legal function while acting as a trusted adviser on commercial contracts, governance, disputes and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the legal function.
- Advise executive leadership on strategic legal matters.
- Lead negotiations for major commercial and construction contracts.
- Manage disputes, governance and legal risk.
- Oversee relationships with external counsel.
Requirements
- 10+ years' PQE.
- Broad commercial and construction law experience.
- Previous in-house leadership experience preferred.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Commercially minded with strong leadership skills.
