Overview
A top-tier firm in the region is looking to make a significant senior hire into its Litigation & Arbitration practice.
This is a strategic and priority Partner search for an established disputes Partner with a genuine Saudi-focused practice and portable book of business. The successful individual will have the opportunity to build on an established platform as the firm continues to expand.
The firm is open to Partners already based in Saudi Arabia, as well as candidates elsewhere in the GCC where a more flexible working model can be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex, high-value Litigation & Arbitration matters.
- Originate work and continue developing strong client relationships across Saudi Arabia.
- Generate new business and make a meaningful contribution to the wider partnership.
- Build and develop the practice in the Kingdom.
- Bring an existing team or demonstrate a proven track record of successfully building and developing a team - desired, but not essential.
Requirements
- Technically strong Litigation & Arbitration background.
- Experience handling complex, high-value disputes.
- Established Saudi Arabia-focused client base and strong relationships across the Kingdom.
- Strong track record of originating work, developing clients and generating new business.
- Genuine and demonstrable portable book of business.
- For candidates based outside Saudi Arabia, a genuine commitment to building a meaningful presence in the Kingdom.
