Real Estate Senior Associate
Overview
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing Real Estate practice in Riyadh.
This opportunity is suited to an ambitious Saudi-qualified lawyer looking to step into a senior position, taking ownership of sophisticated real estate transactions, working directly with leading clients and partners, and helping to develop the next generation of lawyers within the team.
The team advises a broad range of regional and international clients on complex real estate transactions, developments, investments and asset management matters across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong real estate experience gained at a leading international law firm
- Experience advising on complex acquisitions, disposals, developments, joint ventures and real estate investments in the Kingdom and GCC region
- Excellent drafting experience in both English and Arabic, across transaction documents and general real estate advisory matters
- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
Requirements
- 5–7 years' post-qualification experience
- Saudi nationality and a valid MOJ license (additional UK or US qualification beneficial but not a requirement)
