An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a Band 1 ranked insurance team specialising in Financial Lines. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters within a market-leading practice, working alongside highly regarded partners and clients across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on complex Financial Lines matters, including construction-related professional indemnity claims and coverage disputes.
- Handling high-value indemnity issues and litigation matters.
- Advising on Directors & Officers (D&O) and broader financial lines insurance issues.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic case management.
Requirements
- Senior Associate level experience within insurance litigation.
- Strong background in Financial Lines and professional indemnity matters.
- Experience handling complex, high-value disputes.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
