Senior Legal Counsel
Overview
We’re working with a leading global energy business in their search for a new Senior Legal Counsel. The role requires someone with around 8 years experience working in real estate across renewable energy or large infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the land and development teams on property related matters with the opportunity to support on much broader renewable energy work.
- Manage contractual negotiations and draft and review agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the business and support on new and existing legal initiatives.
Requirements
- 7-9 years PQE
- Real Estate
- Admitted in Australia (or another common law jurisdiction).
- Background from a top-tier Australian or international real estate team.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
