An established investment management platform is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Senior Legal Counsel to support a broad range of corporate, commercial and investment-related matters across its regional operations.
Working alongside a highly regarded legal team, you will advise senior stakeholders on strategic transactions, regulatory matters and day-to-day legal issues while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and investment matters.
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Support strategic transactions and corporate projects.
- Advise on regulatory and governance matters.
- Manage relationships with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years' PQE.
- Experience within financial services, asset management or investment.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
