Senior Legal Counsel (Construction)
Overview
A rapidly expanding data centre operator is seeking an experienced construction lawyer to support the delivery of major hyperscale infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
The successful candidate will advise on the full lifecycle of complex construction and engineering projects, working closely with commercial, procurement and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate EPC, FIDIC and construction contracts.
- Advise on project delivery, procurement and contract administration.
- Support live infrastructure and development projects.
- Manage construction disputes and contractual risk.
- Coordinate with external legal advisers where required.
Requirements
- 7+ years' PQE.
- Strong construction and projects experience.
- Experience with major infrastructure or energy projects.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
