Senior Legal Counsel
Overview
A multinational consumer electronics company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across its Middle East operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, advising on commercial contracts, regulatory matters and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Advise on regulatory and commercial risk.
- Support new product launches and strategic projects.
- Partner with regional business stakeholders.
- Manage external counsel across the region.
Requirements
- 8+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial contracts experience.
- Technology or consumer products experience preferred.
- Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
